AR-4000 laser cutting filter system with 63 m² filter area and 7.5 kW output with clean room filter class H13

Compact filter and extraction unit in welded sheet steel construction with automatic cleaning using counterflow compressed air pulses. Suitable for extracting dust from laser and welding fumes.

Consisting essentially of:
Raw gas inlet, main filter chamber, clean air chamber with compressed air tank and solenoid valve distribution system,
Integrated manual throttle valve for regulating the volume flow.
Spark pre-separator must be integrated separately into the supply line.
Differential pressure gauge for constant visual control of clogging, pressure reducing unit with pressure gauge, oil/water separator in simple design, hopper system with dust collection container, differential pressure measuring system for automatic triggering of pulses, control unit with differential pressure monitoring for automatic pulse cleaning, preparation for signal transfer via potential-free contact motor ON/OFF, connection terminals for remote control ON/OFF, electrical control cabinet with main switch, ON/OFF, motor overload protection, voltage monitoring and sound-insulated motor and fan unit.
