Although these systems must be checked annually for their function in accordance with the Hazardous Substances Ordinance and TRGS 528 … unfortunately this is very rarely carried out properly. As a result, the health of employees is put at risk instead of being protected.
Avoid this situation … and check your filter and extraction systems at regular intervals. This inspection does not have to include maintenance and can be carried out and documented either by us or, after a certain amount of experience and training, by yourself. We will support you in this and create an inspection report together with you and your employees, which you can use to proceed.

According to the new DGUV principle 309-012 from January 2017, filter systems should be equipped with a multi-stage filter system!
This is the easiest and safest way to counteract a possible filter fire. Due to various incidents, insurance companies are sometimes forewarned and even check this in an emergency or refuse to pay benefits.
